We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were spacious and the bedding was extremely comfortable. We loved the beautiful layout and the late checkout at 1pm was a great perk for those who like to sleep in. The staff was exceptional, especially the manager who made us feel welcomed and the Cold Water Man who was a great greeter and attendant. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Its location was central, within walking distance of The Mansion on o Museum. The area was great, a lovely base for me.

This low-budget hotel offers lots of impressive rooms.

The room was spacious and the TV was huge. The bed was so comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The fitness center had everything I needed for a good workout. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I had a great experience at this Marriott.

Everything is great, I loved new-fashioned room and incredible location. Accommodating staff, fast check-in and superb bar. The breakfast is fresh made, includes variety of meals.

The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

The rooms were outdated and not as expected from the online pictures. The air conditioning system in my room was very noisy and needed to be turned off in order to sleep.

Great location, a 20 minute walk to the White House, around the corner of The Whole Food store open until late. The hotel is super quiet, clean, fresh.

The price of the breakfast buffet is very expensive for the little choice there is.

Great room and bathroom, comfortable and clean. Windows block most construction noise. Extremely friendly staff, free drinks at check-in. Convenient location with many restaurants, bars, and sites nearby. Fast and courteous room service. Good-sized room with comfortable bed and coffee/tea maker. Can see bill and check-out through the TV in the room. Will definitely stay again!

The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants and to all the major sites. it was only a short walk away from the Kennedy Center and museums. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

The parking fee was quite expensive.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a nice coffee machine and complementary tea and coffee. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance or accessible via the nearby metro stations.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our weekend at this hotel. there was no safety box in the room to keep our valuables, a letdown.

The staff were exceptional, taking care to arrange an extra bed and compensating us for the inconvenience. They were the friendliest staff I have ever encountered and even offered free drinks at check-in. The location was perfect, with many nearby attractions and convenient transportation options. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with great room service and amenities. a great experience and I will definitely stay again!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was tucked away in a quieter area that felt like a peaceful oasis in the city. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff who welcomed me with a drink upon arrival, to the quick and reliable room service and dry cleaning. I especially appreciated the amenities in my room, including the ironing facilities and mini-bar. The attention to detail, such as the turndown service, made me feel like a VIP.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Great staff, helpful and anticipating our needs. Complementary water & cookies in the lobby, coffee machine in the room with free tea & coffee. Mini mart and ATM machine inside the hotel. Perfect location near metro stations and a 24 hr pharmacy.

We had a perfect holiday weekend in the heart of our nation's capital. The hotel's location was ideal, as we could easily walk to the Kennedy Center and visit museums. Our room at the hotel was very comfortable and cozy, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The service was prompt and courteous, and the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast menu. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to explore all the major sites without having to travel far.

The only downside was the lack of clear parking instructions, which caused us some confusion and frustration.
